I am pushing past the fear and facing the fight towards getting my highest score on the GRE. It is truly such an intimidating test; mostly because of the time limits and the fact that it is based on tricks that you learn from trainers. Therefore, in essence it is all about the preparation you are able to afford to buy to get the best score.
Since I learned this I figured I better just learn the tricks and try my best.
There are so many areas in life where we want that perfect score or perfect result and I am starting to realize that perfection just may not exist in my life. I am also learning that that is okay. The main thing is to try. If we don't try and we let our fears stop us from taking tests or trying for great opportunities then we are letting fear win. The worst thing that can happen if you try is already thousands of steps better than the best thing that can happen if you don't try. Not doing anything and letting fear prevail is the thing that we should dread and fear the most.
Today I promise to face the fear and to go forward despite the obstacles, challenges and sometimes seemingly impossible odds.
This must be the motivational coach talking.
God bless you as you face and conquer your fears today. Don't give up. I won't.
